- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is really simple and straightforward: Our hourly rate is $145 per hour, with a two-man team. Prorated per 15 minutes after the first hour. (For example: 1 hour and 15 minutes will be: 1.25 x 145= $181.25)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to make sure I understand the customer’s exact requirements, then I evaluate their request, and offer them a customized service and price quote. I also ensure to answer the customers’ questions in a timely manner if there are any. Lastly, we set up a date and time for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied industrial engineering in school. Now I have years of management and recruitment experience working in various roles in the arts and events sector. I’ve been trained by various designers to design, build, and decorate, which helped me build my own sense and appreciation for esthetics, design, and installations. Today our teams are trained to judge weight limits, test walls, and safely install items, to make sure we provide you with secure installations and impeccable results.
