Introduction: (DUE TO COVID I AM OFFERING OUTDOOR WEIGHT TRAINING/personal training SESSIONS ON MY ROOFTOP FOR THOSE INTERESTED & IF NOT WANTING TO I ALSO AM STILL TRAINING IN MY PRIVATE STUDIO JUST GIVING DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO SOME) I’m a licensed Pilates instructor and personal trainer(the list Thumbtack has to choose from regarding licenses doesn’t have an option for personal trainers or Pilates instructors unfortunately) I’ve been teaching Pilates & weight training for over 6 years and would appreciate clients with serious inquires only. This is a business and I would appreciate the time you put into this for finding the right instructor. These are your fitness goals and I’m an excellent trainer with experience and love to motivate my clients with the passion I have for Pilates & weight training. If you need a detailed workout that’s specifically for you and your goals, then your in the right place. I’ve also worked a lot with people who’ve had back injuries and helped get their core stronger and their back stronger. I’m very familiar with this specifically, but have also worked with many others including but not limited to knee injuries. I’ve worked at equinox for over three years and it’s given me the opportunity to work with hundreds of different bodies with different needs. Currently I have moved on from Equinox and train at my probate studio or the clients workout room in their gyms or private studios. I enjoy helping clients reach their fitness goals. There’s so much joy I get seeing a client fulfill all they’ve worked hard for. It’s your body and you deserve to be the best you! It’s worth the investment and time you put into it. Your mind and body are connected in Pilates & weight training so it lets you let go of those things you constantly worry about. For me that’s my personal escape and a way to burn off steam and not think about everyday worries. A good sweat is sometimes all we need! Any exercise your doing there should always be a mind body connection and to think about what your doing. For the fifty five minutes your working on the reformer or with weights your 100% connected. Note: (I USUALLY CHARGE $75 FOR A 55 MINUTE PILATES SESSION BUT NEW CLIENTS RECEIVE A $5 DISCOUNT FOR THEIR 1st SESSION)*** Just to let potential clients know for me to travel to you, the price goes up to $80-$100 (depending on distance) because of gas/travel time to get to your home. I much rather train you from my home on my reformer or with my weight & barbell set up but I understand the convenience of me coming to you. You must have a reformer or access to a weight room (home gym) etc unless you just want to do mat Pilates and or weights (dumbbells) in your home. If that’s the case there must be enough room for both of us for the session so I can teach and you can do the exercises! :) I’m more than happy to bring dumbbells too if you would like to train at your home or apartment. There’s a lot you can do with a few sets of dumbbells. (Even if it’s just to learn some exercises you can do at home to train yourself). :)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $70 for a 55min session and I have packages available. Just message me about it and I will explain. I definitely recommend the packages for the discounted price per sessions. Most of my clients start with the 12sessions package!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Ask the client what their fitness goals are? How many times a week are they wanting to train and what their current workout routine is. Everyone can benefit from Pilates. It’s such an incredible mind/body workout and connection. You leave the session feeling uplifted and worked but in all the right places. I feel that with Pilates you always want to train more and you can ! There’s so many amazing benefits to Pilates! It’s my absolute favorite and great for your posture.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Im certified through Equinox Pilates Training Institute for Classical Pilates but I do both classical and contemporary depending on what the client needs. Plus it’s always fun to spice it up! With new exercises! :) My P.T is through ACE
