LeeLee initially seemed reliable when she was hired to handle the closing of a townhouse deal. After submitting the application and receiving pre-approval, she requested the remaining balance of payment, as per our agreement that stated the balance was due once I had the keys in hand. Despite my reservations, I reluctantly paid the balance. However, communication quickly deteriorated as LeeLee failed to return calls or texts for days at a time. It turned out that she had set the wrong move-in date, and to make matters worse, the deposit I had sent for the landlord was short by a few hundred dollars. Despite the owners' attempts to contact LeeLee, there was no response. Due to this lack of communication, the owners canceled the deal. I have not received any call back or refund from LeeLee, leaving me without a home and my belongings in storage. I had to resort to Airbnb for a week, incurring additional expenses. It is important to approach this company with caution, as their work ethic is poor and their honesty is questionable. Their customer service is extremely unsatisfactory.
