- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with clients generally on an hourly basis, with no commitment required. If you prefer a fixed-price project I'm happy to discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by getting to know you and your style. I'll check out any videos, text or decks that you send me in advance of our first meeting, and ask critical questions about where you think you're at, and where you'd like to be. After that, we can either work together on a holistic basis (I help you with the SUBSTANCE of your pitch as well as the STYLE) or on a delivery-coaching basis. Most people choose the substantive one, but I'm happy to just work with you on the speaking skills piece.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been speaking and pitching for 25 years, and a paid public speaker for over 15 years, and have delivered nearly 250 presentations to a wide range of clients. During a busy year, I can generate upwards of $500K in speaking revenue.
