Taylor was amazing. I already knew he was a Pro going into the project, but he still blew me away. I was so nervous to meet him, as I have zero knowledge about music production (and...ahem...he totally does!), but he was so chill and welcoming - making me feel at ease, right away. He was kind and patient with me as we worked on my song, stirring the whole production knowledgeably and effortlessly natural in the direction the song wanted to go, still within my own vision. I had prepared myself to be completely gutted about changing some aspects of the song to fit industry standards (or basic musical standards, for that matter!!) , but in the end, the changes we had to make were minor and the end result exceeded my expectations. I was looking to take the song out of my head and put it into tangible form, and we did just that - only it sounds so much better now that it's been birthed into the world.
Something very important to mention is that although Taylor is a Pro, he was still willing to work with my limited budget, which I really appreciated.
I will be forever grateful to Taylor for helping me achieve this life-long dream. I hope to work with him on many more songs, in the near future.

It was my first time working on my own original song with a producer in the studio, and Taylor was very kind throughout the whole process and helped build out my song! He is extremely fast with mixing and I really appreciated how he allowed my vision to fully come through. I brought so many ideas to him and he did his magic of bringing it all together =) the whole process was fluid and Taylor was very knowledgable, kind and easy going. His studio was filled so many instruments and loved how warm it was! I felt comfortable to let the creative process flow!
I just wish I had a bit more time with him, but time flies when creating!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. I like to be able to be flexible with working with budgets, and also maintaining where I need to be at.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting the client comfortable and excited is the key to makin a great record. Without any of those two things, the foundation of creation/collaboration will be lost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lucky for me, I didn't go to audio school; I saw passed it. You can't be taught to be creative. So instead of going the traditional route, I took out a large loan, and put it all into my recording studio. I then moved to Nashville and interned at Blackbird Recordings and got the hands on experience with professionals that I needed.
