Yoosuf is amazing. I’ve recorded, mixed, and mastered five songs with him so far.
What makes him different from other engineers is that he doesn’t just press record and stop. During the session, he actually listens to my vocals and gives thoughtful feedback on which takes work best and why.
He genuinely cares about the song and is always willing to contribute ideas to make it better. He has a great instinct for understanding the direction I’m aiming for and helps bring the best out of each song.
His input has become an essential part of helping me take my songs to the next level.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to be very flexible with pricing. I do have an hourly price, but I offer package deals to clients. I’m aware that things begin to add up quickly. I do not want anyone’s main concern becoming the price. I believe in fairness, opportunity, and working with respectful individuals. I believe the main focus should be the product. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to come as open minded as possible. I like to vibe through conversation to get a feel for what the customer aspires to do!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A lot of my friends were involved in music. I guess I can say I'm somewhat like a sponge. I caught on and I've been going ever since.
