Carlos Camacho and his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement. The job started on time and was completed on time with no problems along the way. The crew was professional and left the property clean and neat. The roof looks great and all the materials used were of high quality. Carlos and his team has provided us with an exceptional quality and value to replace our roof. Everything about the process was easy - his communication, understanding and price. We selected the brand of shingles (Timberline HD Reflector Series in Birchwood color), and Carlos advised us on everything. His team worked very hard, and was careful not to damage any plants. The job was big, but they completed it in just 4 days. The roof comes with a warranty, and we were extremely happy to hire Carlos. Also, his bid offered a higher quality materials from other contractors, and for a lower price. Will recommend his service most highly!

Complete re-roof around 2000 sq ft.
Removed 3 layers of old roofing.
Installed all new plywood, underlayment and Oakridge cool roof shingles.
Handled permits and city inspections and completed job in 4 straight days and came back for final inspection following week.
Cleaned up every day. Good price. Final roof looks great. Even painted all vents to match shingles.
I hope to not have issues, but if I do I am hopeful and confident that Carlos will respond in timely manner to any maintenance requests.
Great job, thank you, and will hire again if need be on another project.
