Jose was the first to reach out to me on thumbtack. Follow through with every word he said, came out to look at the property with his father who is also a roofer. Went to the roof to evaluate work so he can give me an accurate and competitive quote. Explained to me what the job entailed and told me he can put me on the schedule right away. He is licensed and insured and gave us an 8 year warranty. After several quotes from other people his price offered the facial boards which other wanted to charge separately. Overall quote had a slight advantage over the others. While work was taking place he was able to give me updates every step of the way, which included photos and calls to let me know how things were going. As someone who manages rental properties and deals with many construction and repair companies- I am extremely please at the level of professional service JM roofing offered that I would hire them again and refer them to friends. Jose and his dad were great. During a rainy night I noticed a bubble of water coming through my ceiling. I got on thumbtack right away and heard from Jose in less than an hour. They came to check it out the next day and got to work the following week. They took care of my roof and went above and caulked and sealed all around my windows and chimney. And they also quoted me way less than some other guys. I would highly recommend these guys.

Really happy we went with JM Roofing. They responded to our message quickly and came out to assess the next day. The estimate was free and fair. They told us what they could and could not resolve for us, rather than just trying to get the biggest job possible. They came as soon as they could and installed the gutters in a few hours. After some heavy rain, we needed tweaks and they did not hesitate to come out right away and implement those. Really happy with the work.
