- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Nexus Construction & Design Inc., we believe in transparent pricing. Every estimate is tailored to the scope and complexity of your project, with no hidden fees or surprises. We’re always happy to walk you through any programs you may qualify for that cover all or most of the cost. We just show you what’s possible, and you can decide from there. All free quotes are honored for two years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no obligation, on-site consultation with all homeowners to: • Understand your goals, timeline, and budget • Assess the project in detail, including taking a measurement and photos of the proposed project area • Share our company credentials and insurance • Provide you with a list of our references • Review material options • Answer all of your questions • Provide you with a quote that is good for two years From there: • Once approved, we schedule the work and assign a dedicated project manager to you and your project. • Throughout the process, we keep you informed with regular updates and make sure everything is done according to our agreement. Our goal is to make the experience seamless, collaborative, and stress-free for you and your family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is composed of seasoned professionals with decades of combined experience and licensing in roofing, remodeling, and exterior painting. We stay current with California building codes, safety protocols, and material innovations through ongoing training and certifications.
