We reached out to Yuri several weeks ago to help with repairs for a leak resulting from the severe rains over the past couple of years. I found his original quote to be completely reasonable and felt confident in his ability to complete a fairly sizable job. After we started the work, we assessed a far worse situation than originally expected. Yuri was quick to pivot and gave a completely reasonable adjusted quote. Throughout the extensive repairs, Yuri and his entire crew were not only respectful of our home but were extremely diligent and interested in delivering the best quality work possible. I will definitely reach out to Yuri and West LA Handyman again when needed.
