- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and labor involved. I provide detailed written estimates so you can see exactly where the numbers come from with no hidden fees or surprises. Once we agree on the scope, the price stays the same unless you request extra work. Financing is available for qualified homeowners, and I also offer free drone inspections 📷 with every estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a quick call and a site visit to understand your home and what you are looking for. I use drone inspections to get a clear view of the roof and document the condition for both of us. After that, I put together a clear proposal that outlines the work, options, timeline, and warranty. If you are ready to move forward, I handle permits, scheduling, and keep you updated every step of the way until the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed C-39 roofing contractor in California and have years of experience working hands-on with all types of roofs. My team and I stay trained on manufacturer guidelines and safety standards so everything is done to code and built to last. We also use technology like drones to safely and accurately assess roofs.
