  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The company’s base price for an agent is $45/hr. However, the pricing is dependent upon the detail. I charge a 4 hour minimum regardless if the detail lasts 2 hours. Discounts maybe applied depending on the size of the event, and number of agents used.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It varies depending on the detail and client. Every detail is different and requires a different approach.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The list is long and ongoing. Training and education is essential for an Executive Protection Specialist. This is not just a career but a lifestyle.
