Kevin is a phenomenal trainer in general bar none. But in terms of boxing you wont find too many that care about your form as much as KB. He will show you how to throw a punch correctly and how to defend yourself after you throw that punch. Which is key ! Kevin knows many different martial arts which brings his knowledge of the game to a very high level which in turn reflects throughout his sessions and mitt work. KB Fitness will give you a 6 pack and teach you how to defend yourself in any given scenario. Choose Kb !
