As a business owner , I understand how important customer service / Communication , and this business does not have. Went back and forth threw the app , I gave my contact info , I was told I would be contacted , few days before the move , no communication between movers and I. I called , texted , NO RESPONSE. Now I’m stuck trying to find last min movers on a busy weekend.
