I have been very impressed with the guided hypnotherapy audios by Shahin Jedian. I am actually on day 5 of the Recreate Your Destiny and Shift the Direction of your Life Audios and already am noticing a huge shift in my mental and attitude processing. I have also been feeling very energetic and with a good outlook on my daily tasks. The audios are very soothing and very engaging and thus easy to follow .
