Introduction: Over the last two decades, Kirsten has held various leadership roles in corporations ranging from start-ups to billion-dollar organizations. Her passion was in mentoring people and leading groups globally.
It wasn't until Kirsten found coaching through CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) that she realized her calling was to bring coaching into organizations to help facilitate successful change, elevate team dynamics, and develop leadership effectiveness. Kirsten has a passion for women in leadership and works with individuals championing their best. She loves working with individuals over the phone to manage their inner critic, so they reach their full potential without all the negative noise.
With her undergraduate degree in business management, she earned her master's in psychology from Pepperdine University. She is a member of IOC (a Harvard Medical School affiliate). Kirsten is also certified with The Leadership Circle 360º assessment instrument. She was voted in as president-elect 2015 ICFLA.
