I used Thumbtack to request limousine services for my wedding day (7/12/2014), and I chose Muse Limousine. I spoke with Vicki to book the services for ten (10) hours in a late-model stretch limousine in the best condition possible. She said that I would get a 2012 late model limousine. I wanted to make sure I got a car that looked virtually flawless, but that is not what I got. The day of the wedding, the driver arrived about 15-20 minutes early. I was still being photographed and videotaped at that time inside the hotel, so I told the driver over the phone that I would be coming down to meet him at the agreed upon time. Once I got there, I immediately saw that the car was in bad condition with several areas that were bubbling with rust. The leather top was cracked in several places, and even the passenger rear quarter panel molding was missing. I don’t believe a 2012 model limousine would be in that condition, so it had to be a lot older. When I looked in the front compartment, the interior was very dirty and disorganized. I told the driver that the car looked absolutely terrible and was not acceptable at all for my wedding day. The driver was nice and got right on the phone with his supervisor. I also contacted Vicki, who immediately apologized, and she arranged for a replacement vehicle to arrive at the ceremony site. Once I took photographs of the limousine as evidence of what it looked like, quite a bit of time had already elapsed. The problem is that my bride and I were late to our own wedding as a result. In addition, the photographers and videographers could not take good photos because of the condition of the car. So the damage was already done on my wedding day. A replacement car did arrive at the ceremony site. It turned out that the original car they sent was the wrong car. But whether or not it was the correct car is not the point. Why would anyone want a limousine that is clearly rusted and has bubbling in the lower door panel??? I wouldn't want that for any event, let alone a wedding. Clearly, I did not initially receive the product that was contracted and promised to me. Their website says under the link "Latest News" (as of 7/27/2014) that their "professional vehicles are meticulously maintained and cleaned inside out and arrive spotless for dependable service." Not on my wedding day it wasn't. When I wrote an e-mail about my concerns (early in the morning 7/25/2014), I never got an apology or follow-up by e-mail. I did get in contact with Vicki again later in the day, and she was apologetic. However, she said that she didn't feel that any monetary compensation was necessary since the car never broke down, and they were already giving me a good deal below their regular price. They offered a complimentary use of a vehicle at a future time, but that doesn't solve anything. I never want to use their company again. Plus, they did not deliver the initial service as agreed upon, and they ended up being late with the correct vehicle, so they are not entitled to the full value of the services. She promised that the "owner" would call me that day, Friday 7/25/2014, or by Saturday the 26th at the latest. I asked her if I could get the direct phone number to the “owner”, but she assured me that the “owner” would definitely be in contact. Guess what?? No response. They have kept silent because they don't want to admit any responsibility for sending a poorly kept-up vehicle and making me and my bride late to our own wedding. I am taking further measures to pursue this matter. Please do yourself a favor and think twice before using their service. Potential customers beware!

We were warned by a family member of yours that this may happen. It seems you may have a history of trying to get money back for services rendered to you. You have also said some things that were not true about that day. We tried to resolve this issue but unless we give you 50% back in service fees you are not happy. You actually used over 10 hrs of service. The driver was not 15-20 mins early, He actually arrived on time at 2:15 pm. Your party was 20 mins late coming out because you were already taking pictures in the patio area of the hotel when he arrived. Once you decided that you did not like the car we took you to the hall were your wedding took place. We were not the reason you were late to the wedding. After your wedding you had another car waiting for you when you exited the hall. From there you went to take additional pictures and then off to your reception. Your Mother even called to pick her up from her house and take her to the reception site. We pride ourselves in providing great customer service. We also get most of our new business from referrals. This was my first time ordering a vehicle on line or actually anything, so naturally I had my doubts and worries. Will the limo actually come, will they be on time, will it be nice, etc... At 6:45 p.m. I heard my wife yell, "babe the limo is here!" Until that moment, I was sweating bullets because I had no backup plan, and if the limo didn't show, my friend Bob was prepared to have me over for the rest of the weekend. A few seconds later, our driver for the night, Chris, rang our door bell, he introduced himself as our chauffuer for the night, I thanked him for being on time, I actually wanted to say to him, "thank you for keeping me safe from the wrath of my wifey!" I simply wanted to say, last night, everything went right and it began the moment our limousine pulled in front of our home and by the way, the limousine was nice, from the nice scents inside as well as the outside. My wife pays attention to very small details and the happy birthday sign and champagne with the pink happy birthday bow took the cake. From my wife and I, we want to thank Chris and Muse limousene, her 50th birthday was a (complete) night to be remembered! We have already began referring this company to all of our friends. I rented a party bus for a group of 15 people. Vicki was very helpful and responsive. I changed the reservation details a few times and she was very accommodating. The bus was in fair condition, but a few of the windows were loose and the sound system was a little off. Overall it was a good experience but the condition of the bus was the only slight downside.

We're sorry that you had issues with the windows and sound system in the bus you rented. The bus had a previous party before yours and they opened windows and adjusted the music system to have a lot of base.
