JT was amazing at mounting all 3 of my TVs on the walls in 3 different rooms. he was so professional in asking me where I wanted them to be at what height etc. he even threw in some extra stuff that I was not expecting and am so happy he did. I provide discounts to Veterans & Active Military. Mutli-task discounts available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much information from the customer about their project. I don't like to schedule appointments unless I feel I'm right for the job! I will not accept tasks that are beyond my capabilities!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained through the wonderful IUAPT courses. I have learned a great deal from others mistakes aside from my own! I also hold a masters degree from the University of YouTube!
