- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are simple and published. A loveseat or 2-seat sofa is $129, and a 3 or 4 seat sofa is $149. L-shaped sofas and corner sectionals are $209, and U-shaped sectionals or 6+ seats are $259. Armchairs are $69, ottomans are $49, and dining chairs are $25 each ($49 for design chairs). Mattresses are $99 for a twin or full and $119 for a queen or king. Area rugs are $99 up to 5x8, $139 for 6x9 to 8x10 and $179 for 9x12, and bigger rugs are quoted from a photo. Carpet is $99 for a small room and $139 for a large room. Every visit has a $149 minimum. Heavy stain or pet odor treatment is $40 extra, and so is fabric protector. Basic spot treatment is always included. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send a photo of your piece and any stains. 2. Get a clear price and the next open slot, usually within minutes. 3. Our tech arrives on time, checks the fabric and pre-treats every stain. 4. Deep clean and extraction pull out the dirt, odor and grime you can't see. 5. We walk you through the result before we leave. If anything isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and redo it free. Most sofas take about an hour and are dry in a few hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every tech trains hands-on alongside our lead cleaners before working alone. We know fabrics: microfiber, cotton, linen, velvet, polyester, leather and wool or silk rugs. We read the care code on every piece and choose the right method, so your furniture is safe and the results last.
