Hey I'm Chef De, Im from Los Angeles.. I've been cooking and catering for the past 15 years, professionally the last 7. I'm a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and have worked for some of the best restaurants and catering companies in Los Angeles. I specialize in cooking!!... but Italian and modern American cuisine with Southern flare is what I love to create most, but can and have cooked anything from Asian to Jamaican cuisine. This experience was beyond my expectation, I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday. My husband has to have a special diet due to health reasons, the food was full of flavor and did not disappoint. Chef even made Virgin Mimosa which were amazing! Thank you Chef
