I highly recommend WestLA Damage Restoration , I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re having any problems this is the company to seek out and hire for the job. Quick response time , professional, and informative. I’ve been having an ongoing issue with mold in my apartment complex. When I informed them they stated it wasn’t mold and painted over it. Months later it reappeared. I contacted WestLA Damage for an appointment I received a reply same day with their availability.
The representative/owner who came to do the inspection was professional , kind, and informative. He was able to confirm that in fact there was mold in a few areas I had concerns about. He provided me with options to assess the problem. He used a device to check if there was water damage behind the wall, which came back 83%. I ask to have a mold test done, where he took a swab of the area and told me it would take about 3 business days to receive the report. In addition he offered to provide me with an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the entire area. He was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. Thank you to his assistant AJ for his promptly response before and after scheduling my appointment. & Huge thank you to Yuri for coming out to do the inspection and mold testing.

The work was outstanding! There team communicates quite well via phone and in person. Alex was a very clean and efficient worker. Also quite respectful. Great experience. Also they didn’t pull any punches and were able to adapt on the fly. Highly recommend!
