Rachel is the most amazing virtual assistant, and I'm very lucky to have found her!
- She catches errors on my monthly newsletter/blog, or asks me about something that could perhaps be worded differently for clarification.
- She finds the best images that give my words life and color.
- She is always right on top of any project, delivering the best quality in an amazing turnaround time.
Basically, Rachel can do what I don't have the skill set, creativity, patience, nor time for.

Rachel is fantastic at any type of data entry or computer organization you need! She helped me get all of my passwords loaded into 1Password, a huge research project organized in Evernote, compiled multiple lengthy contact lists in Excel with different sort functionality and has helped keep my Wordpress website current and looking great. These are just a few of the projects she's helped me with. She's also a stickler for spelling and grammar, can help shape a paragraph so it reads like you intended and can handle all sorts of technical projects from photoshopping to inbox management. Rachel is talented in many areas and THE person to call when you need something quickly but with complete attention to detail. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Rachel is a delight to work with. After only one meeting, she found all the contacts I asked for and then went above and beyond to find the folks I didn't know I needed to know about. She's really helped me with editing everything from grant letters of inquiry, to exhibit criteria, to promotional documents, all without skipping a beat. Her edits, corrections and questions are clear and to the point but never feel judgmental.
She does most of the work online, which is super convenient, and she's both fast and thorough. Rachel is also refreshingly honest when she doesn't know the answers, and can help you find someone who does.
If you need help with web research, admin work, finding elusive contacts, editing documents, videos and photos, and generally getting your work in gear, Rachel is your Girl Friday.
