Rachel is a delight to work with. After only one meeting, she found all the contacts I asked for and then went above and beyond to find the folks I didn't know I needed to know about. She's really helped me with editing everything from grant letters of inquiry, to exhibit criteria, to promotional documents, all without skipping a beat. Her edits, corrections and questions are clear and to the point but never feel judgmental.
She does most of the work online, which is super convenient, and she's both fast and thorough. Rachel is also refreshingly honest when she doesn't know the answers, and can help you find someone who does.

The first thing I had Rachel do was make frame-accurate YouTube clips of my work, prepped for embedding on my website. This was a task that had been languishing on my to do list for months (if not years!) and it was done and functioning in a week. From there we turned to my home office: Rachel not only helped get the piles of paper into organized files, she is bringing me into the digital/virtual age.... Really? NO checks to write? NO paper to file? It's only been a month and already my real desktop is paper free and shining through.
