Introduction: We can dispatch one of our certified technicians to your location to diagnose and repair your equipment. The cost of transportation to your location including the first hour of work will be ($95), any additional hours spent to fix your computer, printer, copier, scanner, CCTV, Network setup, and alarm system will be billed in increments of 15 minutes. You may also bring your devices to our office located in Pasadena, CA, and we will diagnose it for FREE. Once diagnosed, we will provide you with a report that includes all details and cost to repair your equipment. Or, we can provide remote technical support services to assist in solving the issue immediately, as long as your computer is connected to the internet.
