I could not have asked for a better makeup and hair stylist for my wedding reception. She was very professional and ready to provide me with everything I needed to keep my makeup long lasting and fresh all day long. Everyone was giving me compliments on how beautiful my hair and make up was. Letty really took the time to make me feel and look beautiful. If you want a real professional who will no doubt make you look beautiful for your big day, you have to hire Letty. She is very talented at her profession.
Annaliza did my wedding makeup and hair and she was wonderful! She made me feel absolutely stunning, and everyone was blown away. She made me glow, air brushed me, and made my eyelashes look fantastic, but natural, just like I wanted. I changed my mind about how I wanted my hair after we had done the hair trial, and Annaliza was so easy to work with, emailing me about my new hair vision and then she did an amazing job on the actual day! She is also a very sweet person and lovely to be around - which is important when you're going to spend hours with that person getting ready with your bridesmaids on your wedding day. She is a wonderful and knowledgable hair and makeup artist. I highly recommend her!
Valet parking, security, and clean up crew for wedding at private estate in Beverly Hills on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Eddy personally handled my wedding needs with the utmost care and professionalism. He arrived the day before while the other vendors were setting up to inspect the estate, and also was present both during the Saturday wedding as well as Sunday clean up. I greatly appreciate his firm being able to provide/handle all my service needs. The valets promptly and courteously parked all my guests vehicles while serving as the front line in guarding against tourists from entering the estate. All the valets had uniforms on as well as the security guards arrived in a black suits with ties. Every guard did their job while courteously addressing all my guests. Finally, the clean up thoroughly cleaned the estate the next day with no damage. Eddy and his crew did everything they were supposed to do, and did so professionally, courteously, and promptly. Incidentally, one of my wedding guests used Eddy's service for his Malibu wedding in 2014, and was equally satisfied. The host/owner of the estate also enjoyed Eddy's service, and though I have not followed up, indicated he would use Eddy. Lastly, Eddy is a retired policeman. What this potentially means is that he has a way to chat up other police officers in case you need help managing police when you party or event may run a tad long into the evening or is too loud ;-)
Radish and Rose catered our January, 2018 wedding. Our reception venue (The Loft on Pine) only allowed specific catering companies, to which Radish and Rose was one of the six options. We contacted them a bit late in the process because we had heard that they were on the pricier side and were afraid that we would not be able to afford their higher costs. Alley, our Event Designer was great. She listened to our wants and needs, and was able to help us come up with a menu that was perfectly within our budget. We explained that we didn't want the traditional wedding fare (chicken, beef, or fish), instead we wanted something more casual. We opted for a slider and macaroni-and-cheese station with jarred salads. The food was incredible and we received a ton of compliments, especially on the taste of the macaroni and cheese and the quality of cooking for the sliders - they were delicious The serving staff was fabulous. As a bride, I was catered to all night. They had one of the two appetizers ready for us as we walked in the door of the reception venue. When we asked for the second, someone was back within 5 minutes with it. They took our order for our food stations and brought several plates so we could try all of what we ordered. They also brought fresh plates about half-way through the reception without asking since we were drawn away from the table and our food had gotten cold. One of our fabulous servers even brought me a cup of water as I danced on the dance floor. I would definitely book Radish and Rose again they made my planning easy.
Sabrina did wedding make up for myself, the bride and 2 others at Lake Las Vegas. She was prompt and very dedicated to her art. She answered any questions we had and was very personable. We loved that she really listened to what we liked and didn't like, making sure my sister looked radiant but not overdone. Sabrina went above and beyond to make my sister's wedding day the best it could be. She was on time and even though we (the bridesmaids) were running late, she made sure to take her time with us so we looked perfect. I can honestly say that I wouldn't have changed anything because nothing went wrong; we all looked beautiful and had a cohesive look for the wedding. She left us with a touch up kit of powder and lipshades so the bride would look flawless in her photos and the bridesmaids would as well. I would highly recommend her to any and all of my friends as well as anyone who is looking for a wonderful makeup artist.
Rebecca and her team did all the makeup for our Halloween wedding, 27 in the wedding party and also 10 zombie makeups for our wait staff. They were so professional, organized and calm under pressure- no drama. The wedding party was made up of the Addams Family, victorian gothic men/women, dracula, the mummy, frankenstein, bride of frankenstein and Dr. frankenstein. Everyone looked great and had a great time embodying their characters! She even made cleanup kits for each person to use after the wedding. I would highly recommend Rebecca Castro!

Three Little Birds Event Planning is spectacular!!! In fact, my husband and I cant imagine our wedding day without Jessica Smith and her fabulous partner Dustin! We were blessed to have Jessica as our Day Of Coordinator for our June 14th wedding this year! From our very first meeting we knew that she was the perfect person to have in our corner. Shes amazingly detailed and highly creative. Her experience and ideas helped to make our general plan very specific and workable. And, she made sure every detail of what we wanted was executed perfectly. She even helped with our flowers making my very beautiful bridal bouquet. We had a an amazing venue, but having to bring everything we definitely had some logistical challenges Guests had to be shuttled to the site, and we had to changeover our room from ceremony to reception within an hour. Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch! Through the rehearsal, all of the vendor deliveries, the setup and breakdown, the coordination of our activities, interfacing with the wedding party and all of our wedding participants and guests Jessica and her Three Little Birds were superb! I highly recommend her services! She makes magic! We loved working with her and I imagine that anyone else who works with her will love her too!
After a caterer canceled ten days before my bride's wedding, the Mark Kearney Group reached out to me with their services. The menu they proposed reflected my client's palette perfectly: serving a light breakfast, BBQ lunch, wild caught raw bar for cocktail hour, and braised short rib for dinner - everything tasted impeccable. Prior to the day, Mark and his team were responsive to changes in the menu and food count. Likewise, the level of professionalism left me (the wedding planner) at ease - I felt very confident that Mark was going to produced great work, and my instincts were well-founded. On site, Mark went above and beyond to perform. The limited space and lack of air conditioning in the kitchen did not affect his care for each dish that was sent out. Furthermore, the team members he brought were kind and helpful. I can not imagine how the day would have gone without Mark's services. I only hope we work together soon!
Priscylla is an incredible makeup artist and hair stylist extending across all age, skin, and hair types. I had myself, my mother, mother inlaw, 3 bridesmaids, and aunt done by priscylla on my wedding day and I was more than pleased. My sister is fair skinned, red headed, and my other two bridesmaids had dark hair and varying skin tones. Everyone looked incredible. Thank you for making us look so fantastic on our wedding day Priscylla! P.S. Priscylla was incredibly responsive and ALWAYS treated me kindly. I highly recommend her!

We had so many compliments all night long on our hair and make up and how stunning it was! She was available for hair and make up trials before the wedding and was able to travel the day of my wedding and provide her services at our wedding venue which was so easy and convenient! Her pricing was also very reasonably, priced compared to other vendors and her quality of service is absolutely amazing! Crystal was our event coordinator for our wedding this past May. From the moment my husband and I met her, we knew that she was a perfect fit for us. She is so sweet, and always on top of things. She did an amazing job helping us with developing wedding time line, decor, vendors, and so much more! We were both really impressed by how easy it was to get a hold of her for any questions we had, and how prompt she would reply to calls/emails :) The day of the wedding, she tackled a few bumps on the road such as my seating chart mix up (oops)!, missing cupcakes, wedding dress bustle in such a quick professional manner. I can't thank her enough for the piece of mind that I had on my wedding day knowing she was there. I will definitely be giving Crystal a call for all my future events!!

I hired Michelle an Eimee from Elegant and Modern Events for my small wedding. I was on a tight budget and they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. During the wedding planning Michelle and Eimee were very professional, answering tons of my emails and questions. They were always fast to answer and very polite and understanding. We met at the reception venue to go through the details and I couldn't help, but notice how nice, friendly and easy to talk they are! During the meeting Michelle and Eimee gave me some valid suggestions and also offered to help with rentals, which saved me a lot of headache. They sent me the options of possible flowers and allowed me to pick what designs I like the most. I wanted something simple, but cute, and their design matched my expectations very well! We met one more time to go over the details and they brought me some samples that I absolutely loved! While being busy at work and being unable to do as many DIY projects as I originally intended, I kept adjusting the order and add more and more stuff, but Michelle and Eimee were very understanding and had everything ready by the day of the wedding. What I loved the most about working with them is that they were able to set up 2 different wedding sites at the same time, since they were 2 of them! They also promptly transferred some of the decoration from the ceremony to the reception site and quickly set it up before the guests showed up! Honestly, when I saw all the decorations and flowers set up, I was shocked how nice it looked. I also got a lot of compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces. By the end of the wedding they were all taken by the guests! I can't thank them enough for making my wedding so relaxing and feel very well taken care of! I would highly recommend Michelle and Eimee to anyone who needs any flower arrangements or rental services!
There are not enough words to describe how helpful Ricki was as my wedding coordinator. Her experience is so valuable, and her passion unmatched. What I think was most helpful, was Ricki's willingness to be there with you physically, no matter how stressed/anxious/confused you are to make sure you know that everything is going to be okay. I also can't stress enough how helpful it is to have Ricki to connect you to the BEST vendors EVER. I would recommend hiring Ricki as both a planner and day of coordinator, and realize now (and recommend) the value is hiring her along with her assistant, because the reality is, a wedding is a performance that needs to be orchestrated, and you want a team in charge of this. Ricki is tough, but realistic. She is who you need to battle the Wedding Industrial Complex, where you will get taken advantage of left and right. Thanks Ricki!

Never really used thumbtack before, but i gave it a try and as soon as I met with the One Last Frog team in their Santa Monica office, I was blown away. I hired Nicole immediately to plan and design my wedding. I had no idea what colors I wanted, I only knew that I wanted it to be exquisite. I can't believe her eye for detail... everyone was in awe.
I first had the pleasure of working with Mindi during my wedding in 2014. She did my hair as well as all of my bridesmaids. It's always scary trusting someone on one of the biggest days of your life, but Mindi went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about the whole process! Mindi took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't want and worked with me to finally figure out what look would be best for my big day and I absolutely LOVED the finished product!!!
