- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been a dancer my whole life, started teaching hip hop and heels performance around age 18, moved to LA and have had a successful dance career but I needed to dig deeper. I’ve built a strong practice of yoga and movement to help serve me when I need it most, and I find so much joy sharing and co-creating with others as a teacher and a guide.
