I am having such a great experience working with Jason! Not only does he make the sessions fun and motivating, but demonstrates to stay well informed with the latest in nutritional research. I have been really moved to start paying attention to what I put into my body. Which can be hard to someone with a sweet tooth like me lol ..but yea I'm happy to say I have lost 16lbs and I'm so close to my goal now!

I've had a weak back my whole life. During my consultation, I was told that my back was compensating for other weak areas on my body. Since then, I was given the tools to build those weak muscles and now i'm in alot less pain. Thanks Fitness Fun!

FAQs

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some people treat work like a 9-5 job. Anyone can get a PT certification these days. I even knew a guy with a degree that would punch in just to get hourly pay at the gym. I often forget what time I arrive and leave because I love what I do.
