Certified Yoga instructor, with many trainings, and thousands of hours of experience. I teach yoga that is tailor-made to optimize your lifestyle. I’m an actor who has used yoga, movement, and meditation to embody characters from all walks of life. My yoga practice has helped me recover from a severe injury, cope with trauma, and even thrive during the most stressful of times. Now I’m hoping to share this practice with anyone and everyone who wants to get the most out of their body and this life. Whether you’re trying to optimize your physique, add mobility, gain balance and peace, or find presence and more joy in life— I can help. I work with people of all ages and levels of health— I am carefully customize/ design each session to fit your needs while still helping you to achieve your goals. Hands on adjustments/ assisted stretches are available for in person session (always optional), and can help deepen any practice. Guided meditations, and life-coaching are also available.

Josie personalized meditations invigorated my understanding and practice of mindfulness.
