Joslyn is a beautiful yoga teacher. Whether you are practicing with her in person or virtually, you can feel her passion for yoga is so strong and radiates through to you. With how crazy and scary our world is right now, Joslyn provides a wonderful platform for anyone to come to to practice yoga, to escape from reality for a while and focus on themselves internally and externally. The way she interacts with her audience throughout her practice is amazing, constantly uplifting and encouraging you while you flow between poses. It doesn’t matter what level you are at with yoga, practicing with Joslyn will be completely fulfilling from head to toe, inside and out. I am so proud to call her one of my very best friends, my soul sister, my personal yoga teacher for life.

I’ve taken hundreds of classes all over the planet (from fancy to gym) and Jocelyn’s was literally in the tippy top best. Like yoga retreat good. Like memorable good. (Who remembers yoga except when I get hurt?! lol.) Def a workout. A great balance of stretch and strength. And her vibe was both ease-filled yet also structured. Mmmm. She was soooooo kind and inclusive of all ages + body sizes + injuries.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on in person or virtual instruction. Discounts are given to those that purchase class packs. Price for in-person starts at $80 for a 60 minute session. Price for virtual classes start at $70 for a 60 minute session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our intake process starts with a consultation of us discussing your history with yoga and your goals for your personal practice. My hope is that we create a foundation to build from to get you to a place where you feel a higher sense of comfortability in your yoga practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am registered with Yoga alliance as a registered 200 hour yoga teacher. I work at Kaia fit gym as a yoga instructor and also teach private yoga and group instruction. I am also trained in hands on assists.
