I meet my clients wherever they are in regards to health and overall wellbeing, and teach them, in an approachable way, how to use the body properly and remain connected to the body at all times, thus, creating a complete state of health. Working out is not my favorite pastime. That being said, when I find something that works for me and that I like, I stick with it. I'm also the kind of girl who likes personalized service. With pretty much anything. Put me in a dressing room and bring clothes to me. Be engaging. When I had my first yoga session with Kristin, I knew I found something special. She had her attention solely on me and my body and knew exactly what was good for me and how to help me attain the practice I was yearning for. A good workout is not just about a good sweat...it's a detox of emotions as well. After my sessions with Kristin, not only did my body feel strong and limber, but I would have emotional releases to ease my tension as well. She never made me feel uncomfortable despite the sobbing tears down my face. She is professional, kind, generous, and attentive. She spoiled me...and now I am searching for another "Kristin" in Chicago as she takes her talents to the west coast. California is lucky to have her.

My decision to start using Kristin for private classes came from a desire for convenience as well as some frustrations with little to no results from my previous exercise routine. Much to my surprise, my first "session" with Kristin consisted of no workout at all! Kristin took the time to interview me, going through details of my medical history, dietary challenges, and goals both physically and emotionally. Kristin also shared with me her own journey to discovering a balanced healthy life, which really helped me understand the path she would take me on. I was inpressed, and my first official yoga session did not disappoint. I discovered that I had been doing virtually every yoga pose wrong and had been approaching it the wrong way. In no way did Kristin make me feel embarrased, she was patient and explained the purpose behind everything we did. She also have me tools to use throughout the day to really allow my body to open up and continue working on strength and balance all day. In a few short sessions I saw incredible results, both in my physical shape but also in the way I felt throughout each day. Without Kristin I would have never reached my potential. Her approach is holistic and personalized and I encourage EVERYONE to invest in a mentorship with Kristin. It is truly life changing in so many facets. I only wish I started using her sooner!

I've known Kristin for many years. She has always been so interested & passionate about healthy living, taking care of your body, paying attention to what you eat and where it came from, and having a positive outlook on life. I have always admired that passion because it can be a pretty tough job to keep on top of a healthy lifestyle, where to buy your produce, and who doesn't have a hard time making time to workout on a consistent basis? On top of it - maintaining a happy aura consistently can also be a challenge. This girl always has, in the 10+ years I've known her, been my *go to* when I am looking into changing my diet or most recently, getting myself into yoga. Kristin is helpful and understands that it's a marathon, not a race and provides a lot of encouragement and has also checked in on me to see how all of her suggestions have gone over with time. She also helped teach me that what you put out into the world, you get back. And that encompasses your entire life when you really think about it - having a positive mental attitude and working hard. To me, that is the epitome of Kristin ♥ To anyone looking into working with her & learning from her.. you've made a great choice.

Kristin is an inspiration and has done more for my body than anyone or anything else. I am not what you'd call a true Yogi. I began practicing yoga 2 years ago after meeting Kristin at a dinner party. I had been wanting to try yoga but felt intimidated to visit a yoga studio. Meeting Kristin was random but meant to be. She gave me her card that night and I've been practicing yoga ever since. Kristin broke yoga down for me. I have a clearer mind and awesome toned legs and arms. Working with Kristin inspired me to finally get my weight in check and enjoy all the muscles I had gained through yoga. It goes without saying that Kristin is an excellent instructor but she is also a fun person to hang with while you hold poses and meditate.

I love Kristin!!! She is the best yoga teacher I've experienced in my 10+ years of practicing yoga. Her approach focuses on strength and integration so my body felt amazing. As a result, I lost weight, toned up and felt an overall sense of wellbeing. If you are looking for a professional yoga teacher, who shows up on time, is a wealth of knowledge, and is a pleasure to be around, Kristin is your teacher!
