I own a home in Merced, CA, it is a rental property for me. I have annual inspections by Section 8 and I had a repair list. Jacob took care of all repairs efficiently without no hassle, even made the appointment with the tenant. All repairs were taken care of in 1 day, and I passed the inspection. Job well done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is usually based job by job. There are too many factors to have a standard system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly taught through on the job experience. Some formal training on building materials.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather used to own an upholstery shop and ever since I can remember I would be down there playing with tools. I slowly started to fix things first with my father and grandfather and then by myself. During and after high school I worked for a contractor for about 5 years. I became a firefighter for the past 10 years and during that time we were constantly fixing repairing and maintaining the fire station where I gained more knowledge. After I decided a career change was needed I began doing handyman work.
