Robert was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He scheduled the inspection quickly, arrived on time, and took the time to thoroughly inspect every part of the property. His report was exceptionally detailed, well-organized, and easy to understand, with clear photos and explanations for every observation.
