You do not have to pay for the service call if you agree to repair with us. In some cases we can also provide an additional discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You just need to send us your address and describe the problem of the breakdown. And our specialist will come to you at a convenient time for you and carry out the repairs efficiently and quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, our technicians are trained by some manufacturers of appliances. They also have a technical education.
