What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free-of-charge exterior and interior images for new construction, second-floor addition, and full interior or facade remodeling residential and commercial projects.
We design the mentioned projects in 3D views and don't charge our clients for It.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, we investigate the possibility of a project based on the city or county zoning ordinances and regulations and observe the architectural and structural situation of the existing building to find an effective construction design.
After clarifications, we estimate the work time, provide a proposal, prepare the Agreement to be studied and signed, and start the job after the client's approval.
We work with the clients on the design until they approve it and, after approval, provide all plans. Before submitting plans for the permit issuance process, we send the pdf files to clients to check them out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master of architectural engineering with more than 20 years of work experience in designing, building, and supervising residential and commercial small to large size buildings.
The company's three civil and structural designers are Doctorate (PE), Master's (PE), and bachelor of civil engineering and structure.
The soil engineer is a bachelor of civil engineering (PE).
The mechanical engineer is a Master of mechanical engineering (PE).
