Cyrus saves us time and stress on our Airbnb portfolio. We manage our bookings and his team manages the operations so that we don’t have to spend extra money delivering the small stuff and our reviews on the cleanliness have been amazing!! We couldn’t do this again without them.

I signed up with Better Edge home services for referrals for short term rental cleaning in Groveland Ca.
Cyrus Manley called me the next day. My wife and I setup to meet with Cyrus and schedule a meeting at our property In Groveland.
We all agreed to meet Wednesday June 12 at 10:00 AM, we drove early in the morning that day for almost 3 hours from the Bay Area to Groveland, for our appointment.
However, after we arrived in Groveland, I received a text from Cyrus that he will be in Twain Harte as he got 2 booked for cleaning, he never cancelled our appointment.
I tried calling him but is not picking my call I also sent him several texts but failed to reply.
My wife called Cyrus using her cell phone, Cyrus answered my wife's call but after my wife stated are you showing up for our appointment, Cyrus realized it was for our 10:00 AM appointment he hung up on my wife. We drove long distance specifically to meet with Cyrus Manley.
Cyrus never got back to us; this guy is very unprofessional don't ever trust or hire him for any work. Save your time, effort and your money and look to hire someone else other that someone who is irresponsible.

There is no excuse for the lack of communication on that day, and I understand how upsetting it must have been to drive such a long distance only to be left without follow-up. This situation does not reflect the level of professionalism or reliability I strive to maintain, and I take full responsibility for the breakdown in communication.
Please know this is not how I conduct business, and I’m currently reviewing what went wrong to ensure it does not happen again. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with you and your wife to personally apologize and try to make things right, should you be open to it.
