I have known Paul for many years and worked with him when he was president of the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors. He was our best president!! When I decided to buy a desert home I contacted Paul immediately because I know his character and work ethics. I looked for at least a year and he was very patient and followed through on all showings. My perfect place was found in Jan. 2015, the transaction went smoothly and Paul made it happen. Being a real estate broker I am very aware of all the steps and aspects of getting a property closed and Paul passes with flying colors! I also referred him to one of my Mammoth clients and he found her the perfect place too.

Paul not only listens but he hears what you are looking for & respects the price range. He has a wonderful ability to find what you want but work with you to make it happen even when it gets complicated. He also stays with you after the sale!! One year later we turn to him with questions or concerns & he is there in a minute to help. So his commitment does not stop with the sale. If you need someone who really cares he is your go to person!!

Paul helped us find a property in Indian Wells. We worked with him over 8 months. In the search phase Paul is diligent in finding the right property and all the information needed to make an informed decision. In the negotiation phase he drove a hard bargain.
