Working with Julie was great! Not only was it super convenient, but I saw results, losing nearly 20 lbs in 3 months. I especially liked the ease of someone else putting together macro nutrition goals and workouts when it was time to switch things up. It was helpful that I could record myself doing a movement and get feedback on the form or my readiness to increase the weight. Julie was highly responsive to all of my texts and requests for meetings. She was also helpful in adjusting workouts to accommodate injuries and shifting needs. I would encourage anyone to work with her.

For me personally I had quite a few things I was looking for when it comes to a personal trainer and after 12 consults with 12 different trainers, Julie was the only one who was able to throughly answer all of my questions and concerns about my injuries and my overall physical condition. She was straight forward about what she can help with. She’s quick to respond about work outs, stretching, and nutrition. Her app is extremely user friendly and she also has step by step directions for the health app. Now that I have been able to train with her (on FaceTime from across the country which I was skeptical about) I 100/100 recommend her to any and everyone no questions asked.

Julie has been a great personal trainer for me. She is very professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I finally feel like I’m going in the right direction with my weight loss and have seen great result’s! 10lbs down in a month like I never was able to do that on my own! With her meal plan for me I have a better understanding of what I need to eat and don’t feel like it’s impossible or too restrictive. I also love how we start slow with the workouts. It’s really encouraging instead of overwhelming. I’ve only been working with her for a month and have a long way to go but Julia does a great job and I do appreciate her.
