- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was younger, I noticed that it was a pain to try and get something done over the phone for computer help. Eventually as I grew older, I took a liking to computers, retain everything I learned from what I read and experienced. Then one day, my hobby turned into how I make my living today.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the person you are hiring has a good reputation. Check for references. Ask your fiends if they have ever had that person work on your computer.
