I hired Carlos to sell the family home after my Dad passed away. Carlos was very knowledgeable and experienced as to how to market and list the property at the right price where it sold really fast. We were ready to buy in a new construction community in North Stockton but Carlos helped us to see the higher market value in another new construction community with better quality homes for nearly the same price. We are grateful to him a thousand times over!
