I highly recommend Richard. He's skilled, thorough, and trustworthy. I hired him for to help with (1) the removal of scrap building material, (2) fixing a stuck front door, (3) changing an interior door to open from the opposite side, (4) expanding a doorway so I could install new appliances, and (5) helping me pickup furniture and put it together. He had great attention to detail, making suggestions about what options I had, and giving me great ideas that I hadn't considered. He's an incredibly hard worker, a perfectionist, and produces high quality work. I will be hiring him for more projects again in the future!

Richard was great to work with, he even worked nights so he wouldn't be in the way of contractors during the day. He came in and did a great job with a deep commercial clean, He installed (21) 12' blinds for us, assembled a large reception desk weighing 850 lbs, numerous small office desks. Completely handy with all our needs. Would highly recommend for cleaning and general handy man needs.

Richard overal did a good job. Although i thought he wasa a little slow at times, he took it upon himself to fix something that needed fixing and surprised me in coming up with a fantastic solution to a project i needed done but couldn't figure out how to do it. Some of his jobs included putting up a mesh screen, fixed some barbed wire, put up some lights and installed some drapes. Thank you.

excellent, reliable, trustworthy, honest, efficient, effective. He doesn't waste time, even when working by the hour. For example, he will clean the house thoroughly in 2 hours rather than take his time to milk the job. I cannot recommend him more highly.
