What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple: $20 per bedroom, $20 per bathroom, plus $0.045 per square foot. Deep cleaning adds $60, move-out adds $140, and extras like inside the fridge or oven are $30 each. We bring all supplies. Extras include inside the fridge or oven for $30 each, and wall cleaning for $35.
New customers get 10% off their first cleaning. Recurring customers save on every visit after that: 15% off weekly, 10% off every other week, and 5% off monthly cleanings. Message us for an exact quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We confirm your price and appointment before the job. On the day, we arrive on time, introduce ourselves, and walk through your home with you to go over your priorities. When we finish, we do a final walkthrough so you can point out anything you’d like touched up, and we take before and after photos of our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been cleaning homes for four years, and we’re insured. Edgar leads every job personally with a focus on quality, making sure everything is done right and nothing is overlooked.
