- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A general fee of 395.00 is charge for residential properties up to 2000 sq ft. For every additional 500 sq ft an additional charge of 50.00 will be added to the base price. Detached buildings excluding ADU's for example, barns, carports, additional garages etc. are an additional 100.00. One Way Home Inspections does offer lateral sewer line inspections from one clean out for 200.00. Pool and spa inspections are 150.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a quick phone call or text where we will go over what type of inspection you will need. Is the property currently in escrow? Is it a newer build in which case you might need an 11 month warranty inspection. After retrieving the square footage of the property and if ancillary services are needed we will send you a quote. If everything looks good and everything is agreed upon then we would schedule a day and time that works. It is not absolutely necessary for the client to be at the inspection, but most prefer to be. Once the day and time have been determined a pre inspection agreement and link for payment will be sent out to your phone or email.

20 plus years inspecting, maintaining and supervising single family/multi family homes and commercial properties. Internachi Certified Professional Inspector, EPA Universal Certification, Pool and Spa Certified Operator.
