Surpassed all expectation of and hope for getting our house ready for move in. Wow. When Kelli gave us the walk through after all their work...that is all we could say was wow. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My jobs are priced based on difficulty level, square footage, time since last detailed and anticipated labor hours to achieve maximum cleanliness. I do give price discounts to regular or return customers or referral fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set appointment to go look at the job. Give a written estimate of what the customer is requesting and an agreed price. If accepted we set up a time that is convenient for both parties to do job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for a large corporate cleaning company, learned the trade, and then perfected it, and started my own business.
