Many thanks to Thumbtack and Perez Concrete for the quick repair of my sprinkler valve. I had tried to DIY, but lacked the know-how and tools. The repair solved my problem; also, I had a quick survey of what else might be next on my to-do list.

Rudy pulled out old/soiled carpet and replaced it with vinyl flooring. He was on time, flexible so as to meet my schedule, focused on doing a good job, and checked in with me regarding progress and next steps. I am so pleased with the quality of the floor and the quality of his workmanship.

Great experience working with Rudy. Down to earth type person. Gets the job done. No fooling around. Talks you thru process. Cut thru concrete and found a leaking pipe i had outside. Nice clean cut, dug very carefully to avoid hitting wires, ran into issues but handled them as they came up. Did job within a few hrs of arriving. SOLID work. Will hire him again for all my needs.

Rudy was able to come on short notice after another contractor backed out. He did a great job taking out a part of the concrete patio and cleaned up after. Thank you!
