I have 10 plus years of cleaning experience, starting with commercial windows, post-construction cleaning of windows inside and out and residential, including screens, tracks and frames. I appreciate David for his responsiveness, professionalism, the value and price he gave to my project. He took the time immediately to work on my Sliding screen door. Also he went above and beyond the call of duty. I had called several professionals. A few never called me back. Some of them only seem to be after money, not satisfying the customer.David made me feel like he truly cared and was concerned for my issue. He didn't double take like an aggressive sales person, but was attentive to all my questions. He is a man of his word and I look forward to working with him again in the future. DAVID showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my windows. Even pointed out a couple of windows that could not be cleaned properly but explained why because it was in between panes of Glass. Without the explanation I’m sure I would’ve felt that there was something a miss, but by his communication it made me feel very comfortable. I would use him again.
