My carpet is about 9 years old and there were several bumps on it, one of which was a serious one. Andro Pinto's team did a fantastic job. The technician was Jia Jian Zheng. He did a fantastic job. He arrived promptly. I observed through out the how process and it was a tough job. But he did it really well.

I needed a small repair of carpet at my doorway transitions. It’s difficult to get a contractor out for little things like that, but Andro was helpful and right it time.
Update: Andro offers a one year guarantee on his work. There was some additional carpet fraying after several months, and Andro sent someone to repair it promptly with no questions asked. Great service!

I had recently decided to get all new bedroom furniture, and when I moved the old furniture out - I discovered that somehow when my dog was a puppy, he was able to squeeze himself under my bed and dressers and pee in multiple areas, that were unseen until now. Distressed, and with new furniture on the way, I needed to get my floor fixed in a hurry, there was no way I'm sleeping with all new furniture on pee stained floors.
So after reading some yelp reviews, I decided to contact Andro. He responded within an hour, and we made an appointment for him to look at my floor. After giving me a quote, he was able to start the work in a few days, and finish well before my deadline.
What impressed me about Andro was his prompt communication. Anytime I emailed or texted him, I got an immediate response. The next most impressive thing was his knowledge of flooring - he used the latest materials and techniques, and was able to explain what he was doing and why. Then came the finished floor - absolutely amazing work. He had the difficult task of replacing those pee stained boards, as well as matching the color to the rest of the house, since he was only refinishing part of it. I was also impressed by how clean he keeps his work area - he sealed off and protected all the parts of the house that might be effected by the dust from sanding. Andro is the third person to have ever worked on my floors, and I say this with all sincerity, he is by far the best. Going forward, he's going to be the only person I call when I need work done. Please don't hesitate to use his services, you won't regret it.

Hardwood floor install price nail down/glue down/ floating $2. 50 to $ 4.00 per sq.ft. minimum size require. Floor refinishing depends on jobs.Tiles install $8 to $15 per sq.ft. Carpet install $1.00 to $1.50 per sq.ft.
