Hilda is awesome!
First, she is a very good communicator. When she says she is going to be there she shows up and doesn’t constantly reschedule. Second, she is 100% punctual and comes completely prepared. Third, she listens to your instructions, concerns, and preferences. Fourth, she does a superior job cleaning like remembering things that are often forgotten like cobwebs on the ceiling corners, dust on the ceiling fan blades, and dust bunnies hiding under the furniture. She also does an especially outstanding job on the hardwood floors and the baseboards. Fifth, she is very detail oriented. Lastly, on top of all that, she is a very pleasant and kind individual.
