Erika was incredibly responsive and made time to talk on the phone with me to make sure that she understood my team's vision before we booked Pop and Celebrate. Natalya was prompt the day-of delivery and had to make some last-minute substitutions - we appreciate her creativity. Also, our event was on Father's Day and we booked about 3 weeks out, so we very much appreciate that Pop and Celebrate was available. I didn't have time to take photos, so please take my word that the balloon arrangements looked great and professional!

While making plans with Erika for my upcoming wedding, she was very helpful and responsive. The decorations were nice but a little underwhelming for the price. We had discussed on the phone, a runner for the isle as it was an outdoor wedding and in the fall and unfortunately the day of my wedding the grass was still quite wet and soft from a major rain 2 days prior. Unfortunately no runner was provided. My bridesmaids heels sank into the earth as they walked down the aisle. I went around the isle to avoid the same fate. But overall I was pleased with the services and Erika was very professional and easy to work with.
