Jeremy is amazing. Great energy and explains everything really well. Love how we alternate different techniques between workouts and incorporate stuff from various styles. He's an awesome coach!!

Jeremy and I use to train together in high school, now he trains me while I am trying to get my health and weight back under control since being diagnosed with T2 diabetes. We've been training since Sept 2013 and I have lost 10lb since. Never felt better in years and getting into a strong grove to shake the weight and keep it off. Not only does he trains, but he constantly checks me on my nutrition to regulate what I put in my body. He keeps it fun, active and positive. Always utilizing new methods that he learns from his peers so the training is not always the same every session. If you understand diabetes, it can be difficult to lose the weight while trying to maintain your blood glucose at a safe level. So far together with Jeremy we are on a good pace for me to hit my goal for 190lbs before the end of 2014. Trust in Jeremy! You can't go wrong with FireFitness!

It's been two sessions now with Jeremy, and what I like most about J is that he listens while he's watching and executes without pushing too far or too little. Jeremy has an eye for form, super crucial for someone like myself with a lot of past injuries, and he respects what I as a client want to work on while adding in what he knows I need to excel as an "athlete" competing in daily life. Being able to work on the scaffolding required for challenging lifts with someone I trust has been vital to my personal development, and the bonus is he knows a variety of martial arts so I get some stress relief with basic (for now, bwahaha) boxing drills. I'm looking forward to more sessions with Jeremy and am excited to see what we can accomplish together!

For years, my workout regimen consisted of running and Pilates. Running strengthened my heart and legs, while Pilates kept my core muscles strong and flexible. But something was missing, and I found that missing piece when I began boxing with Jeremy. Not only is boxing an intensely demanding physical workout, it is a mentally challenging workout as well. A professional fighter himself, Jeremy teaches technique, movement, and combinations while also prepping his clients with cardiovascular warm ups, coordination work, and strength. Jeremy has the patience, the knowledge, and the passion to empower and inspire any individual at any fitness level to reach his or her full physical potential. After finishing a workout with Jeremy, I feel strong, I feel empowered, I feel like my money has been well spent, and most importantly, I've had a really good time. I've learned how to physically defend myself should the situation ever arise, I've become noticeably stronger in my upper body and core, and my overall workout regimen is more balanced.
