- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a complimentary 15-mins. phone call to discuss the project. Our pricing is based on the project scope and can be set as an hourly rate or flat-rate for smaller projects. A proposal is provided with estimated hours broken down by each design phase, so you know what to expect up-front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process includes the following: Step 1: Phone call - To discuss the project scope and your needs. Step 2: Consultation and site visit - Do a walk-thru of the project. Step 3: Provide an estimate with plan of action. Step 4: Project kick-off. Services include these items: Interior Consulting. Drafting - Drawing sets. Resource and purchase furniture, fixture, finishes, and decor. Project management/Installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years experience in Design - Residential, hospitality, and commercial projects from the Bay Area to New York. I attended Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising for Interior Design and received a BA from University of San Francisco.
