My husband and I both trained with Jackie at his well-equipped private gym (shared with a couple other PTs+clients). It was a great experience to get us back into weight lifting. Like many, we gained weight during the pandemic. Thanks to Jackie, we were able to shed some pounds and gain some muscle before our home gym was finished. In addition to working out with him, he programmed home/gym workouts via TrueCoach so we could exercise and keep track of our progress. Unfortunately, we both had to return to the office, so weren't able to continue training with Jackie, but we highly recommend him!

Jackie is an excellent trainer - his coaching is super clear and he leads by example. On the days you are not training with him, he makes sure to check in and hold you accountable for your goal. I lost 20 lbs over half a year as a result of working with Jackie.

My doctor was telling me I needed to lose weight and get my health under control because I was at risk of type 2 diabetes. I knew I needed to find an answer because I did not want to take medication. Then I started working out with Jackie. He taught me how to eat better and learn how to be more consistent with exercising. He was very flexible with my time schedule and was always there to encourage me. Outcome: Now, I’ve lost about 30lbs and was able to get my health under control. I am no longer pre-diabetic and do not need to take any medication to maintain my weight. I highly recommend Jackie as your fitness trainer!

I truly got lucky having Jackie as my very first trainer—he is everything anyone could ask for in a fitness coach! When we train together, I love that he knows exactly when and how to push me. He consistently raises the bar and challenges my own preconceived notions of what I can physically accomplish. I don't have the best access to a gym or heavy equipment, but Jackie is able to tailor my home workouts to allow me to push myself and consistently reach my goals using just what I have at home. I want to say the best example of his adaptability and care as a fitness coach is when I got injured at work, Jackie was able to tailor my exercise plans so I was still able to train effectively while not aggravating my injury. I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. If you want a trainer who is adaptable, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your fitness goals, Jackie is the one!
